At Ameristar Home Care Services, LLC, we are seeking to fill home health aide jobs, senior caregiving jobs, and other positions. Home health aides and personal care aides can visit any of our offices to apply Monday – Friday from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm.
Please bring the following:
• Original Social Security Card
• Proof of US Citizenship or Residency; (ex: US Passport, Certificate of Naturalization, US Birth Certificate, Green Card)
• Valid Photo ID
• Proof of Address
• Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination Series
• Recent Physical within 1 year
• 2 PPD shots or QuantiFERON (lab report required)
• Rubella/Measles Blood Work (lab report required)
• Drug Screen (lab report required)
• Valid HHA or PCA Certification
