To ensure the safety of our patients and caregivers, please ask yourself this question each day before going to your patient’s home: Do I have a fever, cough, sore throat, or any other respiratory symptoms? If you or your client are experiencing any symptoms listed below, please call us immediately at 718-337-1100 and report the symptoms to your care coordinator. They will relay the information to our Director of Patient Services (DPS), who will reach out to the patients or caregivers with the appropriate follow up measures.
Symptoms that may indicate COVID-19:
- Fever
- Fatigue
- Cough
- Shortness of Breath
- Soreness
- Runny Nose
- Sore Throat
- Diarrhea
Our offices are open! In an effort to keep our patients and caregivers safe, we encourage our home health aides to come in and pick up essential supplies such as gloves, masks, and sanitizers.
