Right now, you are on the frontlines of battling the Novel Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) that is spreading rapidly throughout our city, state, and nation. You are putting yourselves in the path of this virus. Please know how much we value your commitment to our patients. We extend our deepest gratitude to you for your dedication to our patients during this time in which they need you the most.
To ensure the safety of our patients and caregivers, please ask yourself this question each day before going to your patient’s home: Do I have a fever, cough, sore throat, or any other respiratory symptoms? If you or your client are experiencing any symptoms listed below, please call us immediately at 718-337-1100 and report the symptoms to your care coordinator. They will relay the information to our Director of Patient Services (DPS), who will reach out to the patients or caregivers with the appropriate follow up measures.
Symptoms that may indicate COVID-19:
- Shortness of Breath
- Runny Nose
- Sore Throat
Our offices are open! In an effort to keep our patients and caregivers safe, we encourage our home health aides to come in and pick up essential supplies such as gloves, masks, and sanitizers.
